Steve Shinko - Vice President - Operations
Biography
- Steve is a southern California native, growing up in Orange County, and attending the University of Southern California for his undergraduate studies. He received a business degree from USC with an emphasis is real estate development and entrepreneurial business ventures. Steve has been involved with the acquisition and financing of projects in the industrial, commercial, and residential real estate markets. Currently in his legal studies, he is specializing in both domestic and foreign real estate and business transactions. Steve is also a licensed California Real Estate Salesperson.
